Progress report

Tools to support the employer with their risk assessment are available for example in France and Germany. Within Challenge 3.2 – Involving Occupation prevention organisations, the first activity included identifying other tools in the EU and publishing a non-exhaustive overview.

After the data generation, we can conclude that the assessed tools share many commonalities and that the differences are actually not so much based on different transpositions into national law but simply based on different choices for the focus. For our next steps (deriving a checklist for carcinogens independent of national obligations – which is still only a hypothesis) these findings will be included. For details on our performance, we compiled a short report on Activity A1 of Ch3.2.
(For details see Activity 1 Report).
