Working together to tackle occupational carcinogens
A conference to support the EU Roadmap on Carcinogens hosted by the Occupational Hygiene Society of Ireland (OHSI) and supported by the Health and Safety Authority (HSA)
The conference was aimed at health and safety professionals, occupational hygienists, employers, safety representatives and those who have a professional interest in understanding and managing occupational exposure to carcinogens.
Over 130 delegates attended the Working Together to Tackle Occupational Carcinogens conference. The conference was organised to share knowledge on current issues around work-related carcinogens and to support a written commitment by Minister Pat Breen on behalf of Ireland to the EU Roadmap on Carcinogens. Attendees heard from experts on a range of topics addressing key initiatives at EU and National level.
